Deposits are nonrefundable and can be carried over if an appointment is rescheduled in the proper time frame. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. Every client has a courtesy window of 72 hours to reschedule without losing their deposit. If the card on file cannot be processed you will have an invoice and marked a no show until balance is paid. If you are sick please refrain from booking an appointment until you are 100% better. If you arrive at an appointment showing obvious symptoms your appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be collected/lost, and you will be required to reschedule when you're healthy. Please be considerate of everyone's health when booking. Appointments aren't finalized until approved by me which you then receive a confirmation text. No exceptions.
