I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Every client has a courtesy window of 72 hours to reschedule without losing their deposit. If the card on file cannot be processed you will have an invoice and marked a no show until balance is paid. No exceptions.
